Rev-Pump Gauge Pistol Grip Penis Pump – Wicked Sex Toys

The Rev-Pump Gauge Pistol Grip Penis Pump is a manual vacuum device built around control. A pistol-grip trigger draws air out of a clear cylinder, and a built-in pressure gauge tracks exactly how much vacuum you’re pulling as you go — no guesswork. The clear tube lets you watch the effect build in real time, and a quick-release valve on the grip drops the pressure the instant it feels like enough.

Suction pulls blood into the penis, producing temporary engorgement — a fuller, firmer feel for as long as the effect lasts. It works as solo play, as a warm-up before sex, or as a pumping aid alongside erectile difficulties. There’s no motor or battery involved; the trigger action does all the work, so the pace stays in your hand throughout.

Build the vacuum up gradually rather than pumping straight to maximum, and keep continuous sessions to around 15–20 minutes. Watch for petechiae (small burst blood vessels), bruising, numbness that lingers, or a shift into sharp pain — any of those means stop and release pressure via the quick-release valve immediately. If you have a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning medication, get clinician sign-off before using a vacuum pump.
